understanding Hyperlapse

Today I began my education in hyperlapse. I came across this idea after being introduced to time lapses by a friend. When researching into time lapse I found out what hyperlapse's are. They are essentially a time lapse with an added camera movement between each picture. I found out that in order to do accurate hyperlapses, one needs to move identical distances every time. Often this involves using a measuring devise (like a tape measure) to establish how far of a distance there is between each picture. Below I have added a video which I watched, which helped me to learn about hyperlapse.
