adding a camera lense blur

In order to help add a camera lens blur effect to this video I imported the footage into after effects and used a adjustment layer with a mask which I tracked to the footage. Below their is a print screen of me doing this.

I also added a camera lens blur to the tapping of the steering wheel. This I achieved by going through each frame with a adjustment layer, masking out every point around the wheel and hands. This can be seen below in the screen shot.
