Asking permission for Shostakovitch recording

As Shostakovitch is dead the rights of the performance video fall under the video owner. Therefore, I have attempted to contact the owner of the video by posting a message on their video. This resulted in no reply's stating that I couldn't use the music in my film, thus meaning that I could use the music.

I never received a reply from the owner, thus resulting in me using the music until I have been told I am not allowed to use it.
